Spring Break with Grandma Chapman
This year we were so lucky to have Ronnie's mom come visit us for Spring Break. She flew out to Seattle and we took her around with us trying to pack in some fun before school started again. We started it all off with some bowling with friends.
It also happened to be conference weekend so we were able to read lots of books, color, and listen to some wonderful messages.
But I think the highlight of the week was the trip up to the Tulip Festival. We have been many times and each time we go we always say "Grandma Chapman would LOVE this!" It was a little cloudy and cold but the rain held off for the most part and we loved seeing all the pretty flowers.

We stopped at a farm on the way home to get a freshly made pie and Grace fell in love with this dog Lilly. She was so cute calling her name and playing fetch I nearly caved and agreed to bringing her home...nearly.
And just before we took mom to the airport we took her on a boat ride around Lake Union. We had a picnic lunch and enjoyed the views.
Thanks for coming out here Grandma. We love you!
