Full House

A few weeks ago my sister and her boyfriend came out to Seattle to visit us. It was a multi-purpose trip as Kellee had to teach Madison her dance for the recital in May and Robb's good friend Amy, who lives in the area, just had a baby girl. It was a short trip but as always, so wonderful to see them. We were also surprised with an impromptu visit from our Rosa. We had a great time with everyone and were able to see a few fun sights in the short few days they were here. Besides the usual mommy rituals of walking to school, music class, picking Madison up at the bus, lunch, nap, dinner etc... we were able to take them all to Vashon island. It's a fun little place with beaches, cute little shops, farms, and a wonderful veggie restaurant called the Monkey Tree. We rode the ferry over in the morning and then slowly made our way down the island. It was pretty cold, especially on the beach, but the sun was shining and fun was had by all.
